The role of the multinational enterprise or transnational 
corporation with emphasis on public policy issues in both home and 
host countries, is examined. Material will be selected to 
illustrate the ``bargaining'' situation and the problems raised 
between national aspirations and jurisdictions and the wider 
operations and goals of multinational enterprises. 
Prerequisite: EC120 (or EC101), EC140 (or EC102). 
Exclusion: EC329 or EC379.
