This course examines the rules and institutions which govern 
international economic relations, focusing particularly on 
international trade policy issues of the day. Both multilateral and 
bilateral (Canada-U.S.) issues will be evaluated from an economic 
perspective. 
Prerequisite: EC239 or EC339 or EC389.
