structures of authoritative decision-making such as the
council-manager and council-committee systems, regional
government, autonomous agencies, provincial oversight and federal
involvement; an analysis of the informal elements of the
political process and selected policy outputs.   
 Prerequisite: At least one senior
credit in Political Science, Sociology, Geography or Economics,
(or permission of the Department).
