PO334 Foreign Policy Analysis 0.5 A critical review of theories of foreign policy-making in international politics. Topics include systemic, state and domestic level analyses of the sources of foreign policy, the effects of national differences in policy-making structures and processes on decisions, and the issue of learning in foreign policy. Illustrative case studies will be drawn primarily, but not exclusively, from Canadian and U.S. experiences. Prerequisite: PO231 and PO232 (or permission of the Department). (IR)
