BACHELOR OF ARTS WITH MUSIC MINOR
A minor in Music consists of three credits: MU116*, (or preferred
if other theory courses are to be elected, MU161, MU162, MU136 
[or MU186 ], and MU137  [or MU187 ]); MU222* (or, preferred if
other music history courses are to be elected, MU270 and MU271);
and one senior elective credit in music history, music theory,
and/or music education. Acceptable electives are MU202, MU203.
MU205*, MU220 (if MU270 and MU271 are elected), MU266, MU268, and
courses from the MU370 series. Courses where the emphasis is on
musical performance do not count towards the minor.
