BI208 Animal Histology

A lecture and laboratory study of cells, tissues and organs, using the 
light microscope and recent findings with electron  microscopy. The 
relationships between structure and function are  examined. Mammalian 
organ systems are stressed. Laboratory work includes  sectioning and 
staining of material. 
Prerequisite: BI100*.
