The role of the multinational enterprise or transnational
corporation with emphasis on public policy issues in both home and host 
countries, is examined.  Material will be selected to illustrate the  
'bargaining'' situation and the problems raised between national
aspirations and jurisdictions and the wider operations and goals
of multinational enterprises.
Prerequisite: EC120 (or EC101), EC140 (or EC102).
 Exclusion: EC329 or EC379.
