 Industrial Organization II: Competition Policy

This course evaluates the objectives and effectiveness of
Competition Policy in Canada. Price fixing, resale price maintenance, price
discrimination, and merger and monopoly policy are examined using 
theoretical constructs and prosecutions under the Combines Investigation Act.
Prerequisite: EC304 or EC354.
