 A history of music from 1815 to 1900. The course will examine
the Romantic style through selected works by the major composers. The 
repertory to be studied includes song cycles, symphonies, symphonic 
poems, concerti, chamber music, keyboard music, and operas.
Prerequisite: MU268, MU271 (or permission of the Dean).
