administration in Canada with particular reference to the federal 
government. The major problem areas covered include administrative 
structures; recruitment and selection; training and career
development; staff relations and collective bargaining; discipline
and appeals; wage and salary administration; financial management and 
budgetary processes; and administrative responsibility.
 Prerequisite: PO347 (or permission of the Department).
