An introduction to medieval philosophy which will examine medieval
thought beginning with Augustine. Christian, Islamic, and Jewish sources will
typically be discussed. Selections from original works by philosophers 
such as Averroes, al-Ghazali, Aquinas, Anselm, Duns Scotus, William of 
Ockham and Erasmus will be a focus for discussion.   
Prerequisite: Registration status: senior student.
