The objective of this course is to describe the process and techniques by which management assures that the organization carries out its strategies effectively and efficiently. It underpins the strategic planning process of deciding on organizational goals and their means of attainment.

Co-requisite: Third or Fourth Year standing in the Honours BBA program.
