EC233 Public Spending 0.5

With an emphasis on Canadian public sector institutions, this course examines theories about the growth of government and how government is involved in the allocation of resources, distribution of income, and stabilization of the economy. Canadian fiscal federalism is also examined.

Prerequisite: EC120 (or EC101), EC140 (or EC102).

Exclusion: EC323 or EC373.
