A unique, three-year general BA program will be offered at the Brantford Campus commencing September 1, 1999. Both full-time and part-time students will be admitted to this new 15-credit degree program. The curriculum will offer students a liberal arts education built around a set of core courses. In addition to these core courses, a range of other disciplines will be offered to enable a student to complete a general degree program.

The syllabus at Brantford will include courses in Business, Canadian Studies, Computing, English, French, Geography, History, Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology. Other areas may be considered for future offerings. Admission standards for the general BA degree program will be the same for Brantford applicants as for the main Waterloo campus program. As well, the program will allow for the transfer of credits earned at the Brantford campus to the main Waterloo campus. However, minimum admission requirements for competiive programs should be noted when considering this option. Please refer to the Undergraduate Admissions Chapter regarding requirements for all Honours degree programs.
