The Honours Spanish program consists of a minimum of 20 full-credit courses (or equivalent), not more than six of which may be at the 100 level. A minimum of 10 credits in Spanish is required including: SP201, SP202, SP222, SP223, SP227, SP228, SP261, SP262; SP326 or SP327; SP351 or SP361; SP352 or SP362 (Note: LL200 and LL201 may be counted towards the 10 credits required in Spanish.)

A. For students entering the program without OAC Spanish or equivalent:

Required Courses:

First Year
SP100*, or both SP101 and SP102.

Second Year
SP201, SP202, SP227, SP228.

Third Year
SP222, SP223, SP261, SP262.

Fourth Year
SP326 or SP327; SP351 or SP361; SP352 or SP362

Note: The remaining three and a half credits can be chosen from senior Spanish courses, LL200 and LL201.

B. For students entering the program with OAC Spanish or equivalent:

Required Courses:

First Year
SP201, SP202.

Second Year
SP222, SP223, SP227, SP228, SP261, SP262

Third Year
SP326 or SP327; SP351 or SP361; SP352 or SP362
