Award Description

The Huntly W. F. McKay Award

Two awards of $500.00 each will be presented each year in memory of Huntly W. F. McKay, former Vice-President of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Each award will be presented to a team finishing in the top 10 positions of the Wilfrid Laurier University Canadian High School Stock Market Competition that best embodies the ideals and spirit of the competition as envisioned by the late Mr. McKay. Award recipients will be selected each year by the High School Stock Market Competition Advisory Board of Business and Economics, and the Faculty Co-ordinator of the High School Stock Market Competition. These awards are made possible by a generous endowment provided by the Toronto Stock Exchange in memory of Mr. McKay.
