Barkley's of Avonmore Bursary

Provided by Mr. Fred Barkley of Avonmore, Ontario. A bursary valued at $500.00 or two bursaries of $250.00 will be awarded annually to students who can establish financial need. Preference will be given to students from Third World countries.
