Award Description

The Wayne G. Schreiber Philosophy Bursary

This bursary has been established through the generosity of Wayne G. Schreiber and is available to Third or Fourth Year Honours Philosophy students holding Canadian citizenship. Students must have successfully completed PY204 (Logic) with a minimum GPA of 6.00 in that course (PY204 is required so long as this continues to be a requirement of the Honours program) and be able to demonstrate financial need. The award will be provided in the First Year to a female student who meets the above criteria and will alternate preferably between male/female students in subsequent years. Applications are available in the Student Awards Office.
