Award Description

The Elizabeth J. Tupling Scholarship

To be awarded annually to a Third Year Political Science student with a cumulative GPA of 9.00. (Preference will be given to a female student). Consideration will be given to a student who participates in extra-curricular activities outside the classroom and who may be considering graduate work in the future. The student must show financial need. If there are no female students that fit the above criteria, the award may be given to a male student.
