Award Description

The Dom Cardillo Scholarship

Established by Wilfrid Laurier University to honour Mr. Dominic Cardillo, Mayor of the City of Kitchener from 1983 to 1994. This scholarship is open to all First Year students who have attained a final OAC average of 80 percent. The student must be a resident of the Twin Cities of Kitchener/Waterloo. The selection of the scholarship will be based on academic achievement, leadership qualities and participation in school and/or community activities. Applications should be submitted to the Student Awards Office by August 1st.
