Award Description

William K. Caldwell Scholarship

Awarded to one of the three top students completing the Third Year of an Honours program. While the emphasis is on academic excellence, students will also be judged on overall citizenship while an undergraduate. The scholarship was first awarded in 1984/85 to a student from the School of Business and Economics. In 1985/86, using the same criteria, the recipient was from the Honours Science program. In subsequent years, the award will alternate between students in Honours Business and Economics, and Honours Science Programs (i.e., awarded in even years to Business - September of 1998, and odd years to Science - September of 1999). This award is open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
