Award Description

The J.G. Brown Memorial Award

Provided by Peat Marwick Thorne, Chartered Accountants, in memory of the Kitchener office founding partner and Kitchener-Waterloo community leader, the late J.G. Brown. The award is made to students in Honours BBA or Honours Economics and Financial Management or Honours Economics and Accounting programs who have obtained a high academic standing in their Third Year accounting and finance courses, and who are continuing in the program. Leadership, character and extra curricular activities will also be considered in the selection of the recipient.
