Award Description

The CMA Canada Accounting Award of Merit ***NEW***

Awarded annually by the Grand River Chapter of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario to a full-time student in the School of Business and Economics who has successfully completed the Third Year of the program. The award will be presented to the student with the highest GPA of 10.00 or more in BU227, BU247, BU387, and BU397. Recipients of the award will have their name inscribed on a permanent display, and will receive a cash award of $500.00 and a scholarship covering fees for the first completed CMA subject enrolled in provided registration is within three years of the students graduation from the University.
