BU465 Management of New Technology 0.5

This course provides an opportunity to study the impact of advanced technology on: a) the development and implementation processes, b) the people involved, and c) the relevant organizations. It examines a variety of issues concerning the acquisition and implementation of advanced technology and provides a forum to discuss some of the contemporary approaches in management of new technology including: (i) needs analysis, (ii) impact analysis, (iii) technology choice and financial justification, and (iv) performance measurement.††
