This course provides participants with the background to understand career dynamics and to apply those concepts to their careers. Students complete self-assessment, job and organization analysis and career planning assignments to enrich their understanding of career concepts.

Co-requisite: Third or Fourth Year standing in the Honours BBA Program (or permission of the instructor).
