Course Description

MA242 Applied Regression Analysis 0.5

Simple linear regression and bivariate correlation models; multiple regression analysis including polynomial regression and variable selection techniques; regression diagnostics. Data will be processed using available statistical software packages.

Prerequisite: MA122, and one of MA140*, MA141 or MA240 (or permission of the Department).

Exclusion: MA245, MA342, EC295.
