The Wilfrid Laurier University Students' Union (WLUSU) is a unique, student-owned and operated corporation. WLUSU is the official voice of all undergraduate students whose elected representatives' work on behalf of all undergraduate students to ensure that their voices are represented in the University community. WLUSU also manages and develops successful business ventures to sustain a healthy volunteer program structure.

The Students' Union provides the students with many services. With an operating budget of $4.5 million, WLUSU provides over 1,000 volunteer and employment opportunities such as Laurier Students for Literacy, First Year Council and WLU Foot Patrol. As well, WLUSU operates four student-owned and operated business ventures: The Centre Spot (the on-campus convenience store), The Pita Shack,, The Turret (the campus nightclub) and Laurier's own restaurant and pub, Wilf's.
