This course is about technological change from the broad perspective of managers and professionals who must thrive and prosper in modern organizations. It is designed as a survey course and, therefore, does not concentrate on any specific area of the technological or innovation process. It is built on a practical framework to provide a forum for the participant to develop an awareness of the scope, and complexity of issues related to managing technology and technological innovations, and to develop the skills to meet these challenges.††
