An introduction to health issues pertinent to the individual and the community. Areas covered will include topics such as: defining health, the changing field of health, behaviour change, epidemiology, mental health, stress, physical fitness, drug use, alternative medicine, nutrition and alcohol.

Prerequisite: KP121, KP122.
