Honours BA Mathematics

The Honours BA Mathematics program consists of a minimum of 20 full-credit courses (or equivalent), including at least 11 and no more than 13 Mathematics credits. The program includes no more than seven 100 level credits.

Required Courses:
MA103, MA104, MA121, MA122, MA201, MA215, MA222, MA240, MA250, MA304, MA323, MA489 and at least three and a half additional Mathematics credits at the 300 or 400 level, including at least one and a half at the 400 level.
CP102 or CP104

Notes:

  1. Electives must include at least a half-credit from Curriculum Division A (excluding Mathematics), and at least a half-credit from Curriculum Division B (See Curriculum Divisions).
  2. The following is a suggested schedule within which all program requirements can be fulfilled:

First Year

Two and a half non-Mathematics elective credits

Second Year
MA201, MA215, MA222, MA240, MA250
One Mathematics elective credit
One and a half non-Mathematics elective credits

Third Year
