Course Description

BU311 Business Management 0.5

This course is designed to assist the present and potential owners of small businesses with the start-up and ongoing management of a profitable small firm. As well as case studies, the course makes use of guest lectures from successful business people, government officials involved in the provision of financial aid and other forms of assistance to small business and other experts.

Prerequisite: BU111 and BU121.
Exclusion: Honours BBA program, BU440.
