BU395 Operations Management II 0.5

This course continues the examination of the role and techniques of the operations manager by focusing on short-term decisions within the operations function. Topics include project management, materials management and inventory control, aggregate planning, materials requirements planning and scheduling. Analytical approaches are examined, as well as the integration of these topics and techniques with those discussed in BU385.

Prerequisite: BU385.

Exclusion: BU385 prior to September 1996.
