Clarity and directness in communication are essential to effective management. Students practice and develop skills in oral communication, effective listening, constructive feedback and improve their standard of writing through an analysis of the writing process and editing techniques.

Co-requisite: Fourth-year standing in the Honours BBA program (or permission of the instructor).
