This course provides participants with the background to understand career dynamics and to apply those concepts to their careers. Students complete self-assessment, job and organization analysis and career planning assignments to enrich their understanding of career concepts.

Co-requisite: Third- or fourth-year standing in the Honours BBA program (or permission of the instructor).
