Course Description

PO275 Canada in a Global Context 0.5

The course is designed to examine Canada's place in an increasingly global political environment. The course begins with an examination of the domestic political challenges in Canada, including democratic renewal. The course then examines international concerns within a Canadian context. In each case we look at global issues and how they impact on Canada and the role that Canada can play in successfully meeting these challenges.

Prerequisite: Senior student standing.
