BU405 Purchasing and Materials Management 0.5

This course develops a specialized understanding of problems related to the replenishment and management of resource inputs to operation processes. A variety of organizations are studied. Topics include: role of purchasing, supplier selection, purchasing strategy and inventory control systems.
