Probation: Honours Degree Programs

Students enrolled in an honours degree program who fail to achieve the standing required for admission to the subsequent year of their program, may upon the recommendation of the chair and the appropriate dean, proceed on academic probation. The terms of the probation will be determined by the chair and the dean and will be communicated to the student by the Office of the Registrar. An honours student may proceed on probation only once.
