Undergraduate Admissions

Basis and Timing of Early Conditional Offers of Admission for Current OAC, and New Curriculum Applicants

Note: Applicants who submit an academic record that consists of courses from both the OAC and Grade 12 U and Grade 12 M level curriculum will be considered equally.

In April, Wilfrid Laurier University will begin to extend conditional offers of admission to qualified applicants.

Early admission decisions will be based on the best six of a combined final or mid-term OAC, Grade 12 U, 12 M average. This average must include a minimum of three OAC, Grade 12 U, or Grade 12 M final or mid-term marks. In all cases, applicants must meet, or be registered in, the specific OAC or Grade 12 U course requirements for each program.

In May, admission decisions will be based on the best six of a combined mid-term or final OAC, Grade 12 U, or Grade 12 M average. In all cases, applicants must meet, or be registered in, the specific OAC or Grade 12 U course requirements for each program.

Applicants who are not eligible for a conditional offer of admission based on a combined mid-term or final OAC, Grade 12 U, or Grade 12 M average, may be considered again based on final OAC, Grade 12 U or Grade 12 M marks, provided space is still available in the program requested.
