SP222 Spanish Civilization and Culture I 0.5

This course will trace Spain's cultural history from prehistoric times through the 18th century. The survey includes the study of political, economic and religious aspects of Spain's cultural heritage together with an examination of representative works of art, architecture and literature. (U of W - SPAN 222)

Prerequisite: SP202 or permission of the department

Exclusion: SP203, SP205, SP206, SP213.
