| BU205 Introduction to Applied Statistics 0.5 |

An introduction to probability and statistics is the objective of this course. Topics include descriptive statistics, probability and probability distributions, sampling, estimation, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, chi-square tests and simple and multiple regression. The emphasis will be on business applications. The computer will be used extensively. (Cross-listed as EC205.) |
