This course covers experiments related to the Biochemistry I course (CH350). Topics include metabolic enzymes and their function, electrophoresis and column chromatography for separation and purification of biomolecules, electron transport and ATP synthesis in plant (photosynthesis) and animal (oxidative phosphorylation) systems. |
