CS401 Advanced Language and Communication 0.5

An examination of current literature and debates in the subfield of language and communication. Topics may include non-verbal communications, discourse analysis, per formative theories, gender and representation, rhetorical analyses, theories of meaning and politics of language.

Prerequisite: Year 4 registration in an Honours Communication Studies program, at least one of CS312, CS322.
