Course Description

EC340 Intermediate Macroeconomics II 0.5

A second course in intermediate macroeconomics. Topics may include consumption, investment, the demand for money, the monetary mechanism, models of wage determination, the formation and role of expectations, the theory of fiscal policy, and international aspects of monetary and fiscal policy.

Prerequisite: EC240 or EC250 or EC290. EC240 or EC250 may be taken as a co-requisite.
Exclusion: EC243, EC390.
