The distribution and nature of snow and ice environments including: snow cover and snowmelt; the mechanics and hydrology of glaciers; glacial and nival erosion processes; depositional features and landforms; temporal fluctuations in snow and ice covers, their causes and consequences. Prerequisite: One of GG230 or GG280*; or both GG281 and GG282.
