OL312 Human Aspects of Organizations 0.5

The human resource function is fundamental to understanding and optimizing organizational performance. This course studies the organization from the perspective of its most critical component – the people within. Topics may include personality typing and its uses, "emotional intelligence", recruitment and retention issues and strategies, styles and contexts of communication, conflict resolution, and performance management and evaluation (team and individual).

Prerequisite: OL233 and one other 200 level OL course.
