OL350 Intercultural Communication 0.5

This course will examine communication issues in a culturally diverse environment. Questions of culture and their impact in both organizational structure and governance will be explored. Understanding diversity in a broad way that encompasses differences in gender, class, ethnicity and culture, this course will focus on the ways in which a knowledge of diversity and intercultural communication helps leaders to develop the potential of individuals in organizations.

Prerequisite: Two 200 level OL courses.
