Internationalization is a priority of Wilfrid Laurier University. Students from more than 60 countries are currently studying at Laurier.

The international student co-ordinator interacts extensively with the entire university community to ensure that Laurier's students have excellent educational experiences. Specific duties include the transition assistance and orientation, academic and personal advising, resource liaison, referrals, the delivery of services and student life research.

The office of the International Student Co-ordinator promotes the university internationally and provides services and resources that assist all international students before they leave home, while on campus, and as they prepare for their journey home.
