University Undergraduate Regulations
Year 1 students normally register in June and July after having received the offer of admission. Details regarding registration procedures are mailed to each student.
In March, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4 students have an opportunity to select their academic program for the following year by pre-registering on-line using LORIS. In June through to early August, students may then select their courses on-line. Final grades and progression decisions are available through LORIS on the university Web site <http://www.wlu.ca/wlu-hp/info/w4s.shtml>.
In order to view Laurier grades:
Class schedule information is available by clicking on "Registration Menu" at step 6 instead of "Student Records Information Menu".
The User ID is the 9-digit student identification number assigned upon admission to the university.
The PIN number used is the same as that used for Access. If the current PIN is less than 6 digits in length or if the student does not currently have a PIN, it has initially been set to the date of birth in the format [MMDDYY]. NOTE: When choosing a new PIN, this number cannot begin with the digit 0 and must consist of numbers and not letters. If a 6-digit PIN has not been successfully entered after 3 attempts, telephone the Office of the Registrar at (519) 884-1970 to have the PIN reset. If coming in person to have the PIN reset, picture id will be requested. If telephoning into the office to have the PIN reset, specific questions will be asked in order to be authenticated.
In late August, all students will be mailed a Registration Form confirming their final course(s)/program selection.
