Students completing the CT major must complete 5.0 credits of CT courses. These 5.0 credits must include 1.0 credit chosen from CT111, CT120/ID120, CT121 and CT122; 2.0 credits at the 200 level; 1.0 credit at the 300 level; and 1.0 additional senior credit.
A total of 15.0 credits (or equivalent).

Notes:

1. Students who complete a Contemporary Studies major are exempted from the Curriculum Division requirement of the Course Distribution regulations for the general degree. Refer to the Regulations Governing All General Programs section of the Faculty of Arts chapter, for all other regulations that apply to this program.
2. Contemporary Studies majors must complete a minimum of a 0.5 on-line credit course (available through the Web).
