Course Description

SP223 Spanish Civilization and Culture II 0.5

This course will trace Spain's cultural history from the 19th century to today. The survey includes the study of political, economic and religious aspects of Spain's cultural heritage, together with an examination of representative works of art, architecture and literature. (U of W - SPAN 223)

Prerequisite: SP222 or permission of the department.
Exclusion: SP203, SP205, SP206, SP213.
